But the only thing that matters is if one could manage to collect the broken pieces of their life again. It's not possible. The more time you devote to saving a relationship, the more difficult it becomes to recuperate from the tiredness of saving it. Ultimately, the patch of silence never heals any relationship. It just covers the wound, making it more vulnerable to becoming toxic later. So, never end the argument in silence.
